Studio SBA designed a commercial office building in Karachi with a distinctive glass facade, enhanced by a mild steel (MS) frame that moves vertically and horizontally on both sides. The glass panels are installed at a slanted angle, strategically reducing direct sunlight and improving the building’s energy efficiency. This thoughtful design approach not only provides a modern and sleek exterior but also ensures a comfortable interior environment by controlling natural light.
